Is the Eugene O’Neill Theatre equipped with Assisted Listening devices?

The Eugene O’Neill Theatre offers D-Scriptive devices, I-Caption devices, infrared headsets, audio induction neck loops, and Showtrans devices in Japanese, Portuguese, and Spanish. If an assistive device would help you enjoy the show, please visit the headset booth in the Orchestra Bar lobby. These devices are provided free of charge. Do you offer ticket insurance?

For a worry free ticket purchase, you may opt into the ATG Tickets US Ticket Protection Program to obtain a refund should you be unable to make it to your event for the reasons set out in the Program. For just a fraction of the cost of your tickets, you will be able to recoup 100% of the paid ticket price and pre-ordered concessions (including fees) if you are unable to make it to your event, in accordance with the Ticket Refund Program. Any refund will be managed by Refund Services on behalf of ATG Tickets US. Simply opt in to the ticket refund program during your online ticket purchase. How young does my child have to be to get in for free?

The Eugene O’Neill Theatre requires every individual who enters the theatre to have a purchased ticket. “Lap Seats,” or free tickets for small children who wish to watch the show from an adults lap, are not available. Our box office can assist in finding appropriate seating for a child. Children under 5 will not be admitted to the theatre.

 

Can I check luggage, coats, umbrellas, etc. at the theatre?

There is no coat check at the theatre, but if you have a large bag, we’d be happy to store it for you. Please speak to a member of our staff when you arrive. The charge is $3 per item.

 

Are photos and/or videos allowed in the theatre?

The use of recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the theatre.

 

Where are your seats?

Orchestra seating is accessible without steps, with the exception of row T, which is located up one step. Mezzanine seating is located on the 2nd level, up 25 steps from the Orchestra. On the Mezzanine level, there are approximately 2 steps up/down per row. There are no elevators or escalators at the theatre. All stairs to and in the Mezzanine level have handrails.

 

Is there WiFi?

Are there concessions? 

Drinks and snacks can be purchased at the bars on each level of the theatre. Please bring concessions to your seat to enjoy.

 

Where are the restrooms?

Restrooms are located down 1 flight of stairs from the lobby. For accessible, single-stall and/or all-gender restroom options, please speak with a member of the theatre staff who can guide you to The Time Hotel, located directly adjacent to the theatre at 224 West 49th Street. We encourage you to use the restroom that best fits your gender identity or expression.

 

Can I purchase merchandise?

Take home something to remember! Merchandise will be available for purchase on every level before curtain and during intermission. After the show, merchandise can be purchased in the Box Office lobby.
